About Me


My name is Greg Frasco and I'm a student at Wentworth Institute of Technology. I am currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in computer science and I am close to graduation. My studies have included: Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Android Development, Web Development, Database Applications, Data Structures, and Object Oriented Design. I have used Java, SQL, Python, C++, Javascript, and C thought my projects and my career. I have worked on many projects including Predicting the Primary Presidential 2016 Election using machine learning and reducing the development time of new components for the International Space Station and the Orion Project. Helped autism research by developing a system to record sequences of autistic triggers and send data to researchers. Developed and tested application for classroom-level survey assessments for K-12 education to provide research and analytics insights about teaching practices, student engagement, and school climate.

Team lead in producing an application to reduce development time by integrating legacy components in a database. Produced several modeling tools to work with fans, pumps, motors, and heat exchangers to engineer’s requirements. Integrated a company-wide Excel ribbon tab with many different tools that communicated with other software applications. Induced the software team in version control software and features such as branching. Created large and robust application utilizing Model View Controller design pattern. Work independently and in a group setting.

Created a tracking application that uses radio frequency identification system to locate tools and parts across the facility. Updated flow calibration meters communication ports to USB 3.0 to synchronize with updated calibration hardware. Created software that assigned tasks to technicians for machine calibration, along with calibration reports and accuracy.

MBTA Buddy



Andriod Application to display information about MBTA Boston Transit System. The application displaies train locations, countdown clocks, underground greenline trains. Plans to expand to Communter Rail and Rapid Bus Service.

Twitter Election Prediction



Using social media for political analysis is becoming a common practice, especially during election time. Many researchers and media are trying to use social media to understand the public opinion and trend. This project investigated how we could use Twitter to predict public opinion and thus predict American presidential election results. I analyzed thoudsands of tweets from September - December 2015 to predict who a twitter user would vote for.
